Foothill College offers a course in nanofabrication for students and working professionals who want an introduction to the suject. This course, a survey of fabrication techniques, will be offered in Winter Quarter 2013. All attending students will be offered a hands-on experience using the AFM and SEM, creating thin film materials (NASA-ASL), and a tour of a clean energy technolgy fabrication facility in Silicon Valley (TBA).
